What this draft covers
The Future in Print brings together illustrated artwork and researched project stories. This draft sets out proposed terms for digital kits. It is not an adopted sales agreement, and checkout is not open.
Digital files are not physical prints. Printing, framing and shipping are not included. Any future physical-print offer will need its own product and delivery terms.
Free previews
Current public files are samples for personal evaluation and desktop display. They are not approved large-format print masters. Follow the credits and usage notes included with each kit; this draft does not replace those notes or expand their permissions.
Preview dimensions and formats are listed on each kit page. Paid-edition sizes will be confirmed after file preparation and physical proofing.
Proposed personal-use license
For a future paid kit, we propose permission for the buyer to download, keep personal backups, print for personal display, and use the artwork on their own screens. A print service could receive a file solely to produce the buyer’s permitted personal prints.
The proposed license would not permit resale, print-on-demand listings, public redistribution of the files, sublicensing, or commercial use without separate written permission. Buying a download would not transfer intellectual-property ownership. These paid-edition permissions remain subject to approval before sales open.
Third-party material remains subject to its own applicable license. Consult the supplied credits for sources and specific permissions.
Illustrations and references
Artwork includes AI-generated, interpretive scenes and diagrams. These are not photographs, engineering drawings or operating instructions. A depicted scene may combine details for editorial effect. Technical sheets link to sources and may contain diagrams that are not to scale.
Use the cited original sources for technical decisions. No endorsement by a depicted operator, manufacturer or institution is implied.
Prices, payment and delivery
Shop and kit pages show proposed prices in USD. Before any sale, the checkout must identify the seller, the product, the total payable including applicable taxes, and the delivery arrangements.
We plan to email a secure download link after successful payment. The payment provider, link availability period, download limits and support process are not yet confirmed. No paid delivery promise is in effect.
Cancellation, refunds and file problems
Any final policy must preserve applicable consumer rights, including remedies when digital content is faulty or does not match its description. This draft does not establish a blanket “no refunds” policy.
Where EU withdrawal rules apply, immediate digital delivery may end the withdrawal right only when the required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation have been obtained. Acceptance of general terms alone is insufficient. The checkout flow must implement this before immediate paid delivery is enabled.
The cancellation instructions, any required withdrawal form, and a working route to report download or file problems still need to be supplied.
Before these terms can be adopted
- Identify the contracting seller, business address, registration details where required, and support contact.
- Approve artwork rights, final files, print sizes and license scope.
- Confirm the checkout provider, taxes, delivery and download-access arrangements.
- Finalize cancellation, refund, complaint and support procedures for the markets served.
- Review applicable law and dispute information without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
No seller identity, jurisdiction or contract-acceptance mechanism is established by this review draft.
